The International Property Awards Europe ceremony took place on 24th September in London.

The International Property Awards Europe winners were gathered at gala presentation dinner held at the close of a Property Summit at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Monday, September 24th. This highly regarded event celebrated the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. This year The Award, this world-renowned mark of excellence, was given to several Russian architectural projects.

Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio has won Five Stars top award in Best Architecture Multiple Residence nomination for multiple residence Borneo at Novorossiysk. This property was designed in bionic architecture forms in a shape of reversed rain drop. The double concave light-coloured green glassing facades of the building are twined by aluminium rope like structure running through the terrace openings. According to Sergey Estrin, the building was initially planned as image-building property, ready to become a landmark for the resort city and to make over the Novorossiysk top class residential market. Aside from spectacular ductile form, the building will stand out against a background of other modern properties in town with the most modern technologies employed. Specifically trees and shrubs are to be planted on the terraces; the “braiding” is to be used for light-emitting-diode highlighting that would make the building well visible landmark on night city panorama as well as during daytime.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe since 1995. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.  The highest-scoring winners from each region are automatically entered into the overall International Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest property companies.

Judging was carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 60 experts and covering every aspect of the property business. The winners were awarded Highly Commended or 5 Star (the highest national award available). This year the jury has selected 30 properties in four nominations: Architecture, Interior, Development and Real Estate Company with subcategory in each nomination.
