Project by Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio becomes Regional Winner for Europe
Penthouse of Mr. Sh. by Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio received Five Star Award for Best Interior Design Apartment Russia from the International Property Awards and became Regional Winner for Europe in the category.
Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio competed against a number of European architects to receive this recognition.
Europe’s finest architects gathered at the glamorous Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Tuesday, September 24th to attend a glittering gala and to hear the long-anticipated results of the International Property Awards regional competition. Lord Bates, Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords in British Parliament presented each winning company with special plaques during the awards ceremony. Awards were given out for Europe’s most impressive design for a variety of property types, including leisure, retail, office, public service, mixed-use and residential.
The 5-star winners were placed under further examination and just one from each category was named a regional European winner. Penthouse of Mr. Sh. Together with regional winners, which were announced at the close of the awards gala, will go on to compete in the International Final ‘World’s Best’ Property Awards hosted in London this coming December. They will compete against other regional winners from Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, UK and the Americas to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
The European Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, the world’s richest competition when measured by the value of the projects entered. The award winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. A high-calibre jury of international experts identifies the most significant building projects as well as the highest quality European real estate agencies. The judging panel consists of approximately 70 professionals. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, UK and USA.
