Sergey Estrin shared his experience of working with contractors, the secrets of efficiency and told about possible “pitfalls”.
Sergey Estrin: “When prescribing a supplier in a project, any adequate architect wants to get only three things: zero problems, lots of joy, and a cool result. There are a lot of projects in our workshop that require non-standard solutions and new technologies; therefore, we value not only professionalism in contractors, but also excitement and readiness for experiment. ”
