After the Sochi Olympics, the Olympic media center in Krasnaya Polyana did not last long. The empty room turned out to be unclaimed and the owner had an idea to create on its basis a multifunctional complex. In the project of the Architectural Workshop of Sergey Estrin, a rational transformable space is organized, which can be used in different ways, depending on the type of event being held. The space of the first floor is planned to be used for conferences, concerts, festivals, fashion, exhibition or sports events. For easy transformation of space, there are removable partitions, retractable rows of seats and stands. On the second floor it is supposed to place audiences, offices and meeting rooms, which also combine several functions. Visually the concept is related to the stylization of the theme of mountains, a theme dominant in the surrounding landscape. The natural color palette, innovative materials, familiar to the architects of the workshop in other works, including aluminum, covered with fireproof composition, various types of decorative plaster, original lighting, was chosen.
