Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards-2009: the art of quality | cre-awards.ru, 18.04.2009
The sixth Commercial Real Estate Award ceremony took place on 17th April 2009 in Expocentre.
Annual professional Commercial Real Estate Awards was founded in 2003 with industry business community initiative and has already proved to be the most significant and prestigious event within CRE society.
Awards are given to the best properties in their class, complying with modern CRE requirements. The Award is viewed by the market as an important achievement, helping company’s image promotion on both Russian and international level.
In accordance with stated rules of the Awards, all commercial real estate properties that were put into operation (reconstructed) and passed the State Commission in previous year are automatically included into participants list of the coming CRE Awards. Objects representatives (developers or owners) submit all necessary information about the object. Then the application is considered by Awards Jury members and nominees are selected via on-line voting.
The Awards Committees are formed of leading experts and specialists that have great experience and extensive knowledge of the market. The selection of the Awards winners takes place via closed private voting of Committee members after the projects presentations according to real estate categories. The results are announced at the Commercial Real Estate Awards Ceremony.
Ceremony to honor the Awards winners is one of the most expected events in commercial real estate industry. It is pased year work review, a social event where specialists mingle in non-formal situation.
During years existence the Awards has become an event that creates professional opinion.
