The office of large holding Prof-Media, a home for many broadcasting companies, occupies the entire renovated six-storey textile manufacturing building.
“The design for this interior we have completed in one of the most topical syle – loft style, – says Natalia Masharskaya – we maintained antique brickwork dated 1867, concrete columns, used natural wood, black metal and left engineering utilities installation uncovered”.
The project becomes the winner of prestigious Commercial Real Estate Awards 2009 in Best Class B Business Centre category. Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio becomes the winner in Architectural Company of the year nomination.
