Moscow Region Construction Week – 2013, the 15th International industry exhibition will take place at IEC Crocus Expo from 6th to 8th of August 2013.
The wide range of topics to be discussed within the Forum programme includes the following: Balanced investment demand vs supply; Investment vs logistic support; Competitive design and construction services; Joined private and state partnership; Energy consumption efficiency and resource-savings.
One of the key points of this year business programme is cooperation between state and business in attempt to improve Moscow Region investment climate.
Sergey Estrin was elected to be the moderator during Enhance While Preserving. Investment in Historical Heritage as an Attractive Asset discussion. The discussion will elaborate on state initiative on attracting investor’s attention towards architectural and historical heritage and listed buildings restoration programme. Participants will discuss pros and cons of investments in historical properties. A review on modern construction technologies in architectural heritage restoration will be presented during discussion.
