Sergey Estrin has given the comments about green constriction.
1. Define ‘green’. journalists public numerous researches on properties calling them green. In most cases those are buildings with natural elements on facade. Such as vertical gardens and roof gardens.
2. The architecture gas to bring money to investors. Green technologies are used for marketing purposes. Ecological residence is in fashion and no one knows what it is.
3. To enjoy green construction the society cannot be profit driven.
4. We had the clients interested in green construction. unfortunately, the costs associated with construction were too high. However, we did design an apartment block for Novorossiysk that on many levels could be considered green.
